fair price for a nice pioneer ja-r1 rack?

hey AK... just wondering what a fair price would be on "completely restored" (new powdercoat, ect.) ja-r1a would be... not orig, mind you, but very pretty.

I would expect something like this to close on eBay this time of year around ~$400. Wait until Christmas and you can probably squeeze another $200 out of it.
