My favorite depends on the day and my mood, but TODAY's favorite is from the Carnie episode:

When Lisa gets a grade anything lower than an A on her report card, Homer wants to switch always going to get Lisa's report from the her home teacher to Bart's home teacher.

Marge: "Fine, then I'll go with Lisa and you can go with Bart to Mrs. Krabapple's (Crub-bopple) room."

Homer: "Krabapple?"

Marge: "Yes, Bart's home room teacher..."

Homer: "That's how you say it? I've always said it Crab-Apple. Why didn't anyone ever TELL ME?!?!?!".....*cries/runs off screen*
 
One of my favorite episodes where Mr. Burns builds a casino and the whole episode pokes fun of "The Aviator/Howard Hughes".

Mr. Burns: "Look Smithers! I call it the Spruce Moose!"

Smithers: "That's a very good model, sir"

Mr. Burns: "Model?!?!?!" [because it's only a few inches long]
