A fun read for me, this thread, if for no other reason than the multitude of mentions of themes on which I worked. Not to be confused with taking any credit, though. I'm going to add an obscure one one to this list. In 1979, before they created Hill Street Blues for MTM Productions, Steven Bochco and Michael Kozol created a PI show starring James Earl Jones, which only lasted half a season, Paris. It was scored by Fred Karlin, and his theme is a beaut.
