First Power-up in 55 Years - Need Advice

Man, that demo video....the amp sounds GREAT! (even played on my JBL TLX's...and I don't even LIKE RHCP)

I'd like more info on this amp/console too. Do you know the history? PO must have been a pretty big wheel to be able to afford something like this.
Anyone know how many were built? What are the specs? What speakers are in the console?
Are you using it in the console or with outboard speakers? How about some more pics of the TT and preamp? (I assume you have them, based on early pics).

How can you not like the Chili Peppers???
I have been gathering information on the history of these and hope to do a web page on them, someday.
I do not know how many were build, but based on the info I have, it was very few.
I don't think the specs were ever published.
There are no speakers in the console. I don't think they would fit:System.gif

What's in the square area of the speakers. horns? electrostatic? Can you post a top shot of the controls, TT

Thats a way cool piece, but I can't quite find it in me to love the faceplate they came up with for that tuner.

Thanks for the link to the beginning thread, I didn't see it when it was running. Time to make a new faceplate, front panel express, or a trophy shop could make one
