I'd start by replacing tubes first, that is the easiest. Also are you trying just FM or have you tried a CD player through the Aux input?

Tape Monitor switch should be "Off".

If you don't have any contact cleaner to clean all the controls, turn it off and work all the controls and switches back and forth several times.

If it powers up and the output tubes light up, it's probably not tubes. Even if one output tube on both channels was completely dead, you'd still get sound.

Define "no audio" please. Do you mean no hum, even at full volume? Try turning it to phono and touching your fingers to the phono inputs. Do you hear anything?

If there's no audio from any input, I would suspect a power supply problem. Quite often, a shorted or leaky cap will cause one of the B+ dropping resistors to open like a fuse. The result is no B+, and no sound. Start by checking the voltages on all the big caps.
