Fisher MC-723BK turntable??

Hi all! I need to replace the belt on my turntable. Can anyone help me figure out how to get the platter off?

Look for a clip (C shaped clamp) around the spindle. Remove with a small screw driver. Grab the platter at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock. Try wiggling it up and down. Hopefully it will pop off. If not try using penetrating oil (Liquid Wrench). Let sit overnight. Repeat above. Stubborn ones I have heated the spindle with a soldering gun and the platter popped off. Hopefully one of the above works. Had BIC 940 that wouldnt budge. Became a parts unit. Good luck,

PS, if it has a clip don’t put it on. Never do on my Dual 1219 tables. They are a nuisance,
