Made myself a thin crust w the following:
deep fried then grilled Polish sausage, sweet peppers (made w marinara sauce) and sliced onion. Tastes like...well...a polish sausage sandwich on a pizza.

1) had a very nice pizza at a local chain, Not Your Average Joe's, today for a late lunch with wife & daughter (she just back from a business trip to Rwanda).

left coast ~ thinly sliced prosciutto, baby spinach, caramelized onions, garlic, mozzarella, asiago and romano, with a drizzle of balsamic reduction 11.99

2) We've learned an interesting, quick, and realthy healthy (calorie-wise) way to make pizza using "Flatout" flat bread. We've been enjoying these, e.g., as a weekend lunch. Haven't actually tried grilling one yet, but the weather's finally turning summery here now.

You could always try some a that hot Japanese mustard, if you get tired of boring old pizza again. I'm eating some BBQ pork slices with that hot mustard now, & it just about gave me the opposite of brain-freeze, from too much ice cream. EDIT: BTW, feel free to steal my idea, & put BBQed pork on pizza too, especially with pineapple chunks.
