So I made this today: scrambled eggs, green peppers, bacon, and hot giardienira on an extra-thin crust with pizza sauce.

Breakfast Pizza; In a college town this would be the food of the Gods, and the pizzeria that served it a temple to that God. I have sort of done this with Papa Murphy pizza's but I didn't scramble the eggs. An Italian style omelet laid out on pizza crust with red sauce Oh My God!!!!! :thmbsp:

That looks so good Rich. I love BPs. Surprisingly the best one in my little town comes from Casey's. They are excellent. Too bad my diet doesn't allow them. :sigh:

I'm going to see how it tastes the next day. I like cold pizza as much as anyone but I think this one will be better if I throw it in the toaster oven for a bit.

.....if you want it to taste pretty much like it did the first day, get both sides wet with a light spray of water at the kitchen sink, then microwave each piece on a plate for 30-40 seconds....it's dried-out, and needs moisture for a comeback.....

My wife zaps her's just to get it back to room temp. Then it goes into a nonstick pan and gets reheated there. Great method although I'm to impatient and give mine the full nuke. I think we had a thread on reheating pizza did we not?

The toaster oven did the trick. I won't put bread products in the microwave but it's fine for a lot of other things.
