A picture of the whole tonearm would be nice.
Like Audiosoul, I think it's an ACOS. The company was an OEM for many brands and made some that they marketed under the LUSTRE model name. They also made the REGA RB-200 and some of the tonearms that went on Sansui and some other Japanese brands.

Here are two more pics, I bought a turntable with this tonearm recently and need to figure it out so I can go about the business of obtaining the best catridge match possible. Thanks in advance for any help.

Koshin Denki, CEC and Jelco are other names, as are SAEC, Ikeda and Fidelity Research, all good stuff. From there we can narrow it down to be Japanese, high end and likely 18 to 20g effective mass. It also looks like (guessing) the arm lift is aftermarket gear.
It would likely match well with any cart though it would be a good choice for a MC.
Nothing Connoisseur made was made to that level of finish. That's not a slam on Connoisseur, which made very interesting good equipment, but an acknowledgement that their equipment was aways made to be cost effective. Hence the prevalence of kits and seperate bits and pieces that could be added to.

What leads you to that conclusion? (I'm not necessarily challenging the statement, just wanting to know what to look for.)

It is an Empire, as for which Empire model number it is, I dont know. The info I have found on google has been contradictory at best. If you know how I might be able to positively ID the TT model in addition to the arm I'd appreciate it very much.

I am leaning towards Grace. The anti-skate and counterweight are very similar to my Grace 804 (which was one of their heavier arms), but there are some differences. The tonearm rest looks like it is for a Grado laboratory walnut arm. That would put your table around 1958-63+/- for vintage.

If that is a Decca cart, put it in a bejeweled box until you find someone who can re-tip it for you!
