Ground up on a 1060!

This thread couldn't have been dug up at a better time! I've been looking to replace the binding posts on my 1060, but haven't found anyone who's done it as clean as you have. Yours looks fantastic!

Do you mind sharing what binding posts you used?

aTALLasian; this is what I did on my 140 amp, my binding posts look like they have a little more room, they also came from Digi-Key, part No. in the thread.

sorry no record. they are 12mm in diameter. only have 50mm between screws. hope this helps.

Thanks for looking anyways. Are they 5 ways or just banana? I like how flush they sit to the back panel. Any idea if you remember what the overall length was?

My hats off to you! It' great to see someone put the effort into restoring something that was that far gone.I must say I'm impressed.I think this falls under the category of "A LOBOR OF LOVE". So many people would push something like that aside thinking it's not worth it,You've clearly shown that even pieces like that can be brought back.Your dedication to this project is inspiring.Let's face it, these pieces over time are only going to be harder and harder to find.I hate to see any vintage piece of gear get trashed,so seeing your project was a real joy.Can't wait to see it done.Keep up the great work.
