Sir do you have one of these pots? Also could a balance blend pot from a guitar work in this application or is their a voltage issue. I’m not a technician and hinting a possible substitute. Thx

Please correct me if im wrong but that appears to be a volume pot that is log taper rather than a linear mn taper but thanks.
Don't buy any pots from the guy in the link you posted. They are known to be defective and a waste of money and time.
Did you test the resistance on each channel to compare them? How close were they to being equal?

If you just want it to work, pull the wires off and jumper
Around the pot. Just leave the pot installed for looks.
That way you can use it while waiting for a replacement
to show up on that auction site. I had to do that for a year
On a Marantz with the balance slider. Those are even harder
to find.
