Harman Kardon 330C blowing fuses

it would be good to see what is under the cover on one of them .
i have just looked on the web and found a pic with those there too .. they must have been a factory afterthought for some reason ..i looked for a service bulletin but couldn't find anything .
it must have worked with those installed so should still work if they are in spec .
 
What's under the cover of them is a small resistor color coded green,blue, red, and then gold. They both test at 5.58ohms tested both ways.
 
best suggestion i have right now is to get the solder side of the board cleaned up . then try and get some better pics if possible . not sure what it is with pics here these days i am sure they used to be much better .maybe the site changes them to low resolution .
