will catch up later ..in the meantime if you could get higher resolution photos ? i cant get a good zoom in ..
 
have been trying to see common things for both channels but drawing a blank .. bad ground connection might be the cause ..
grasping at straws now ... get voltages at lp412 lp403 lp406 lp404
 
am starting to think something around q601 is bad .. i just found it in the manual . so those voltages i asked for are becoming an interesting thing to know .
 
best look at voltages on the transistors we haven't looked at yet .. lets concentrate on one channel first .

p.s there is an error in the manual for the voltage at q601 collector . it cant possibly be what they say . unless i am missing something .
 
Could you also double-check a couple of other voltages at the same time, that I think are wrongly recorded in the last summary list (in post # 76) - and particularly whether they're +ve / -ve as well:
