Harman Kardon HK-560 FM problem

hello everyone, i have a harman kardon hk-560 receiver. all inputs are ok except FM and FM auto wherein it cant get any reception. antenna is ok, am also is ok.anyone knows where to start? thanks

If you haven't already, you'll want to check whether there is any sound (such as interstation "hiss") when you set the FM muting switch to OFF, and also note whether there is any deflection of the tuning meter when tuning around what should be a strong station.

If the answers are no, you might want to see if you can access pin 5 of either IC201 or IC202. These pins should be powered by somewhere in the broad vicinity of 12V DC when (and only when) FM or FM Auto are selected. If that's not true, something is amiss with the 12V power switching or wiring.

TBH, I'm not sure that there is much else that is likely to be DIY-able (for most DIYers).
