Come on folks. Please reduce the use of this carcinogenic word at Audiokarma. Of course I know what you actually mean, however:
"Disliking" something is sufficient in most of the cases.

Quadman asked me to give this thread a look. I agree with Chris, it is becoming a much ruder, lesser world.
Too often, I say I "hate" something. However, I hadn't considered the heft of that word until now. I will resolve to say things more eloquently, or more completely.
It's like when I use obscenity. The wife always tells me, "You're too smart to talk like a street urchin."
I do like what SoCal Sam said about those throwing around the R and M labels. It baffles me how someone who states they prefer to date within their race are labeled "racists". Uh, nope. They may be BIASED, which is what that particular situation would be about, but not racist.
State criminal facts about this or that minority, you're "racist". Nope, facts cannot be racist.
State out loud that men, on average, have more muscle mass than women, you're a sexist pig. Nope. The average 60 year old MALE is stronger than a very fit female in her prime. Fact.
We've become averse to facts and truisms that we can observe, strictly because so many people are afraid of making waves, and permanently being labeled.
Anyone see Bill Burr's rant about this ?? You should.
The entire world has been condensed into cliff notes.

I work in Spain often, I just shake my head at the music sometimes
Gawd, can imagine how rotten that must sound. Three weeks in Barcelona (summer 2017) taught me all I needed to know about music one hears "in the streets" @ Espana.
I ask myself if the extensive consumption of internet violence and internet porn is responsible for the extreme daily rudeness of the male part of our society.
All these aggressions I experience almost daily on the road have become scary, and increased so much in the last ten, fifteen years.

I grew up in Chicago, on the South Side (Hyde Park), in the 60s and 70s, and I saw/heard/lived through more violence by the age of 16 than I'd see the rest of my life (well, save those 2 years in Afghanistan).
World's not getttin' more violent. Might be more guns in America... maybe... not even sure 'bout that.
