help identify a speaker

Hi,

I recently acquired a speaker (single!) from a thrift store, but there are no brand and model names on the cabinet. it measures 14 in high, super heavy. Please help.

Being a single speaker, the way it's configured makes it look like the center channel speaker in a home theater system.

EDIT: Parts Express probably have or did have a kit for that.

The design is reminiscent of the McIntosh HT-1 speaker. Obviously not it though...
