Help identifying Grace Tonearm please

I need to identify this tonearm model number so I can try to find a replacement weight.

It's the cartridge that is a Grace, not the arm.

The arm is a Micro Seiki CF-2.

Great cartridge!. But are you sure thats a Grace tone arm. I don't think so. Wheres the counter weight?
