Tonearm ID

I need a little help identifying this tonearm. I searched the usual suspects (Grace, Ortofon, SME) in the VinylEngine library without success. Any ideas? Thanks.

This morning I spent an hour or so looking at tonearms in the VinylEngine library plus google searching without success. The closest was an Ortofon. Just curious: Why do you say it is Japanese?

Oh, and I'm more interested in the TT but wondered if the arm had any promise.

Maybe looks like an older Jelco, but definitely of Japanese construction.

Couldn't find anything. Vaguely, it kinda reminds me of some of the nicer tonearms that came on high end Japanese turntables. I don't recall seeing a specific aftermarket tonearm that looked like this one.

The bearing housing and anti-skate dial look like early Micro-Seiki.

Could very well be early Micro-Seiki, looks like one of their tonearms. Or the SAEC variant made for Micro-Seiki. Does have the SAEC look styling wise.
