Help with Tonearm ID

I just picked up this this TT, I know its a Grace tonearm but I can't seem to ID the model. Any ideas?

So does it have a different headshell? It doesn't look the same as most 707's I've seen pictures of.

Beautiful old 160 Super. Those are very underrated tables.

Most Grace arms have "Grace" on the headshell. The 707 headshell was black with a silver area where the cartridge screws extend through the headshell.

Thank you, I'm really enjoying it so far. The tonearm does have "Grace" written on it, just not on the headshell.

could someone contact vinylengine.com and upload the manual for the G-707Mk3. the only model of 707 is the original model, i don't see a II and especially not a III.

that would be greatly appreciated. joining is free and would have to be done prior to attempting to add that to their database which is quite extensive.

Rich was very gracious to send me a copy of the G-707 III manual so I thought I would post it.

Bobbyjack asked for a cartridge recommendation, my G-707Mk3 has a Grace F9E mounted, I'm sure AKers will be able to recommend some other great MM cartridges for his Grace tonearm.

in addition to the f9e and other f9 variants, the ADC XLMs have always fared well on the 707 arms. i am certain that the shure m97xe, especially with a JICO SAS stylus would sound wonderful on these arms.

in addition, any high compliance cartridges will benefit formo the low mass nature of the 707 series. i am thinking that an AT OC9 would also work well due to its relatively long cantilever and what it think is somewhat high compliance. expert's opinions on that would be welcomed.
