The small tweeter is a CTS, used in the Marantz Imperial line of speakers and other brands as well. You can still get new CTS tweeters like those at Partsexpress.
 
The aluminum horn is a Foster ( also sold by Radio Shack).
I doubt it. It's a North American made speaker, either USA or Canada. Heppner, Oxford, Jensen, and probably a dozen more US companies made aluminum 2 x 6 horns.

The scale behind the L-pad knob is a dead ringer for Utah, and the screw strip with RCA plug is characteristic of multiple house brands.

Probably. The phenolic ring tweeters are worth half that alone.

Across the range of mediocre/middle of the road speakers, those would lean toward the side with good potential.
