Help - Tonearm Identification

Looking for a little assistance identifying a tonearm in my LP12. Just got it worked on and they were stumped too. Any assistance or thoughts (including value) would be appreciated.

Transcriptors Vestigal. I used to have one many moons ago.. Very good sounding arm, better than the SME3009/SII I traded for it.

I couldn't say what it is worth now, but it sold new for less than the SME.
