Help with tone arm adjustment

I am working on my PL 530 and it has a pioneer cartridge that says PC-50. Does anyone know what I need to set the anti skating at and the tone arm gram weight on this cartridge. Thanks

Set the anti-skate t the same value as you do the VTF.
