hi-end tube Amp ?

Exactly what amp are you referring to?
You had commented on the Muzishare X5. Obviously these things are always a matter of opinion, but to say that the sound quality is not in the ballpark, The ballpark of what for that matter?? is a gross misinterpretation of a very fine amplifier in every regard. Just my educated opinion on your comment.

Have a good day.

No, my comment is not about the Muzi. In fact where did you get that idea? The original post that i referred to was about the large to very large Japanese SS amps of the 70s and 80s. So, make sure you follow the thread carefully before calling somebody out .
.

First, after a long time spent reading of folks who have tried and reported not liking Jeff's methods a single thing comes out: If you don't like it, you did it wrong.

Second, the soodo-syense reasons for the alleged performance of Jeff's methods just boggles the mind. Claims of 2 Watts out performing amps of 100x their output capability on sheer volume delivered from the speakers are less than sane. So are the justifications for such claims.

cheers,
Douglas

The one thing you have to admit about Jeff is that he is passionate about his beliefs. And since the accepted audiophile amplifier runs the gamut from SS to SET to PP beam pentodes to sweep tubes, and other exotics, there is no black and white, only shades of gray. So, without the " Ying and Yang" to set the outlines of our obsession there can be no middle ground where most occupy.

Right primo, no issue with passion...I have no issue with that at all. It is quite useful in fact.

I just love this fantasy that wire matters, except where changing it is not possible...then it does not. That's just one among many...LOL
cheers,
Douglas

Well, there is some measurable difference between silver and copper wire.
