How should I ported this Dayton Audio enclosure?

Greetings all I want to port the Denovo Audio Knock-Down MDF 4.0 cu. ft. Subwoofer Cabinet with Blank Baffle, and I seen people saying they were porting it with Aero Ports and I thought that it would be a easy way to port this sealed enclosure well I want to tune it between 28-30 hz. I wanted to use this for all music listening i'm a bass head but also likes it to sound good my subwoofer I currently use does not get loud enough before it starts clipping the amplifier I can't let that happen I hope the Dayton Audio RSS390HO-4 will be able to get super loud for a single 15"? The 18" seems to need a box that is WAY TOO BIG for my needs and well i'm on a certain budget and can only spend what I can unless there is a better option to go with that I could buy right now?

If you look on the site and read the T/S parameters and their suggested enclosure derived from Bassbox Pro and combine that with the driver sensitivity and the right amplification, you can get the most out of those drivers - if their "most" suits your needs. Bottom line, there is a LOT of science and art to get where you want to go.
