I just got a marantz 2245 . Can anyone identify this piece it fell out of the amplifier

Ya this just fell out the side of the reciever not sure what it for seeing if anyone can identify this

Don't know what they are called but they just hold wires in place. They sorta act like a zip tie to keep wires together. You just bend it over wires to keep them in place.

It has absolutely no bearing in the operation of the unit.
 
No expert but couldn't it also have been a chassis ground connection? It's also an indication that you've got at least one screw out, probably others are loose.

I am so thankful for all of the help from AK family here.
 
Look for exposed wires looking for their lug and heat shrink and connect them back to the chassis ground.
Ya I did find where it was supposed to be and put it back added a ridged spacer to make sure it dosent get loose again.
