Well, I finally have one, it's a 100V version, made in August of 1980, right near the end of production I think.
External cosmetic condition is at least 9½ /10, internal condition a little dusty, and looking quite untouched, it also has as set of original output transistors.
Overall I am so chuffed about this, just slightly annoyed that I can't turn it on yet, I have just ordered a step down transformer which I collect tomorrow. Also I have to decide if I actually 'want' to turn it on just yet, in case something nasty happens. However I think the later production are quite benign, so providing first power up is via a DBT with appropriate checks, I should be ok.
Of course what will follow is the full works from me, which I will post up for you to see. I still can't believe how lucky I am to own such an amplifier.
I will also compare it with my AU-919, AU-D11 II, AU-X701, and C-2102/B-2102 combination.
By the way it is HUGE, and VERY heavy.
