ID this cartridge please?

Can someone identify the model of this Stanton cartridge and possibly recommend a very good stylus for it?

Probably the Stanton 681E. Pull the stylus, and you might find a tiny silver label hidden on the front of this cartridge.

That would be a 681EE, the predecessor to the 681EEE and the original calibration standard cartridge. (The registration number is engraved on the side.) The sticker placed under the stylus will simply say "681".

The stylus shown in the photo is the original D6800EE. Hopefully it's still good.
