Identify turntable cartridge....help.

Can anybody identify this cartridge? I uploaded a pic.

Shure M44

I was going to guess Shure M75 but an M44 is also highly possible.

It is an M44 or an M55 but it can not be an M75, because the stylus of the M44 and M55 can not fit on the M75 body. The stylus on the above picture has a protrusion on the left. The only styli that have this protrusion are the ones for the M44 and M55 bodies. These styli are too high to fit on the M75 body.
