Identify Vintage Tannoy! Not Even Tannoy Corp Knows!

[ear2kind]

Here is the set of stuff I've got and am trying to identify history and value. Enjoy!

Looks like a pair of mono blocks and top shelf pre-amps. Probably worth quite a bit.
Don't be so surprised the no one at today's Tannoy knows about this stuff.Anyone related to that equipment is either retired or.....um...well they're retired.:sigh:

Here's something !

The last Tannoy amp and Tannoy preamp both sold for north of $1K on Ebay, a little over a year ago. A British friend who loves Tannoy, but is also honest, admitted a while ago that Leak gear often had the upper hand on the electronics side, but Tannoy ruled the speaker world in his book.

It would be a dire day before I sold those beauts.:thmbsp:
