Interesting Stereo Ads? Post a pic for memory lane's sake.

I've been collecting ads and brochures for over 20 years, the last two years have been difficult. I can usually spot them, they seem to good to be true or there's too much flesh. At some point the AI will not know what's real and it will be easy to spread misinformation, just like The Running Man's Butcher of Bakersfield.

Another fake then. What a mess the world has become where even old ads need to be fact checked!
Some of these AI-generated Hi-Fi photo ads seemed to have been scraped from Graphic Art and Advertising Classes. Where the assignment is to create 1960s- or 1970s-style ads.

Then, some knucklehead on TikTok, Reddit, or Instagram reposts them as real ads.

"It's only real if you believe Silicone is natural."

It's really bad as it poisons the dataset, another AI will pick up that wrong info / AI geberated picture to create another fake and it's a vicious circle.
I asked paid ChatGPT about RCA CB-1000 and it also spew out the same nonsense i formation it found on the internet, despite the thing not existing and it deliberately gives false information unless called out.
We're doomed :D

I think it's a system used on some cassette walk-men too: in stad of the cassette, you put a tuner and when push play, the heads would make contact with the small tuner and you had radio. They later used this system so you could connect let's say a C.D. player to your car cassette stereo. The above isn't a 8 track, because you can see the F.M. band displayed.

There was a 4 track tape, forerunner of the 8 track. The rubber idler was in the player and it did have four tracks and stereo. I think radio stations used something similar to start with for promos and ads.

I like my 3d acoustic speakers so much, I bought the original ad cut from stereo review magazine. If I can find it I’ll try to take pictures. I also bought a corporate advertisement for the DCM TF V10.0. It’s funny what you can buy on eBay for like 4 bucks.
