Hello All,

IS there a way I can convert music from my son's computer from digital to analog so I can run it through my system?

u can just hook it up like a tape deck. You can buy a cable for under $6.00, one end has a mini jack that goes into your line out on your sound card, other end into your amp - tape deck or aux....

Use something like this :

Plug one end of this (the mini plug) into the computers speaker output jack and the other side (with the two RCA plugs) into an "aux" input on your stereo.

These are available pretty much anywhere, even some dollar stores.

If you want to get fancy, computer stores sell programs with external boxes that connect to your USB port, and have line-out, line-in RCA jacks, along with a microphone input, headphone jack and volume control.

Either of the outputs from the computer's sound card (Speakers or Line Out) are analog.
