Is this a replacement woofer? Dynaco A25?

The A25 was available at different times with different driver loads. The Seas woofer/tweeter is shown above in kwayde's picture, ears on the woofer for mounting
The Scan-speak woofer did not have ears but a larger basket so it mounted like most speakers. They did not have the gaskets covering the outer edge of the surround. Suspect that is a replacement but you should look at what it is and evaluate a refoam vs. replacement to make the speaker right. Maybe it is a driver that was with the speaker when new.

Before I posted above I looked for other drivers for the A25 but found nothing. Then I saw your post about the Scan Speak driver and found a set of Dynaco A25 XL speakers for sale. Is this the Scan Speak woofer in the XL's?

Send the woofer out for a re-foam job. No need to replace it.
