Its just a 2 way - but something is wrong here!
4430 is a 2 way with the Dolly Parton horn
4435 is a larger "version" in that series -
Its listed with the long horns like the 4331 has
2312 Horns
2420 drivers
2231H woofers
I'm not sure what that thing is.
I'm guessing its mislabeled -

Looks like its lacking the actual slot tweeter to make it a true 3 way (like a 4333)
(the choice of the L or R outer holes on the baffle board -
yet there is no LPad for a 3rd driver on the foilcal ...
