Howdy,
A friend has a line on some JBL L110's,....Anyone have a pair of these, and
your opinion on whether they are a worthwhile aquisition? Thanks, T

Love them. If you don't want them, tell me where they are.

Tweeters (033s) are a bit tough to find replacements, so make sure they're in good shape. Dented is not in good shape.

Grilles have very sheer fabric, look & sound good.

Jbl L110...........

Thanks Z/FSanford,
Appreciate the information, waiting to hear from friend regarding sale....
Regards, T

I own a couple pair. They are fairly nice. More accurate than L100. Still seem a slight bit aggressive to me though.

I definitely wouldn't pay more than $300 for them, but more than L100s.

Like mine quite a bit. Have them hooked up to my G-7700 and it sounds great - not too brash and very good bottom end. They also paired well with the Denon PRA-2000 integrated. Hope you get a good deal!

Jbl L110........

Howdy,
Finally got photo's and price quote on the L110's,....70.$ plus shipping,
and they are complete, cabs/drivers/grills/emblems, plus veneer looks
quite good, minor zits, about an 1/8" dust from storage, but otherwise
a 'happy' outcome....Looking forward to a complete restore, and design-
-ing some custom stands, tig-welded aluminum tubing, satin finished, and
Walnut platforms, all in all, a good for 'Fall' project......Cheers, T pics
when they roll in...........
