That was an accessory for a couple of the upper end 4-channel JVC amps and receivers, IIRC. They were hard to get as a dealer so they're going to be rare for the reason that they were not widely distributed and, hence, not really available for sale.
I'd suggest posting in Barter Town and for going to all the old-school Quadraphonic web sites and posting want ads there, too. I'm sure there's one in someone's drawer of junk parts and that most current owners don't know what they have.
