I received the JVC JA-S31 in the mail today. I think it's great. But where is the high end/treble on this thing?

When you say "where", do you mean treble doesn't respond to the control?

I turn the treble up all the way and it still sounds like it's missing some high end.

It was, as manufactured, ca. 1977, a very nice integrated amplifier.
If it is lacking treble - something's not right. Could be simple as a dirty control, though.

I'll get some DeoxIT when I can and see if it helps. I did switch to a better CD player, that helped greatly.
