Donor units, KA-7300, 8300, 9100, 9150, 9800, Model 500, 600, 650. Ebay is your best bet and you'll probably have to buy the complete terminal block. Units lower in the foodchain look similar but won't work.
There are TWO sets of threads on these, coarse and fine. The coarse threads are LEFT HAND and thread the connector into the body. The fine threads are right hand and are used when attaching speaker wire.

They're slightly different. They look real similar though. The 8100 thumbscrews aren't removable because the threaded portion is staked in place from the back side.
An easy way to tell at a glance is that the removable type have 4 screws attaching the terminal block to the rear panel and the non-removable type have 2 screws.

madman, not sure what you are planning to do (replace all with banana posts) but I would verify the right - (currently a screw) threads are not bad. These should be left hand threads.
if good, I'd use channel C parts and throw away the screw.
What you want to do is remove the plastic thumb screws with the threaded screw. Remember, these are left hand threads. Once removed, using a Philips screwdriver, loosen the plastic from the screws (don't need to unscrew all the way; just enough to loosen). I had to use pliers on the plastic.
screw in the thumb screws (remember left hand) until tight. now you should be able to tighten the speaker wire with the plastic knob.
It took me a while to fully understand how these work and got mine working (see the 4 screw pic Al posted above and the thumb screws in my link above).

I’m an idiot! That’s what I needed, some hand holding, thanks for that. So I removed the c and it’s decently tight in the stripped a channel. It will definitely suffice. C isn’t gonna be used anyway. I ran into another issue yesterday while listening. I had cleaned and lubed all the pots and all is good...BUT, I started fiddling with the tone controls and noticed the bass and treble have no effect on the sound. Loudness, turnover and presence all work as they should. Maybe the tone control board needs a recap?
