Kenwood KD 750

The motor is listed on the sears parts website a few months ago when I was poking around to see what parts are available. I do not know if it is actually available or not. But it is listed...

What tests have you done to determine that the motor is shot? I recently had a "fun time" getting a kd-750 running and ended up replacing a few ICs that were damaged from a bad voltage regulator.

I know this reply is very late but here goes anyway. The motor had a open coil. I had a shelf bracket break and it dropped to the shelf below and I feel the shock caused the problem. Benny rewound the coil by hand with some success it runs smooth and quiet locks to speed a little slow but not bad and sometimes needs a little push to start rotation. If this wasn't a very nice table I would not continue to look for a motor or a parts table but it is just that nice both in appearance and sound.
