Kenwood KW-70

Hi,
The KW-70 is an early Kenwood Receiver with AM/FM on a
single dial and the FM is Multiplex. I need a schematic for it.
Any suggestions where I might find it or any other info on it?

Check under Trio maybe. Maybe famous for coupling caps leaking? I'd changem for shure (avoid the purple haze).

Just looking at the switches and output tubes, that sure looks close!!! I'll have to spend soom time to really make sure. What is the LR-800, a Trio? Thanks alot, Vince

Nah, It's actually a Lafeyette, but it's supposed to be REAL close if not right on? LOL, Jay

That's it!!! Mine needs at least caps, bad. What do you think of it

Sorry Vince, no manuals, etc. It would be nice though. Typical sound from this type of amp and pre. Definitey not a slouch, but not extraordinary either. Nice that it uses the common tubes. Good luck with yours, mine's been there.
