Depending on condition both cosmetically and functionally, that is a decent price. The amp usually sells close to that on its own if it is a prime example.

It's a decent price nothing great though. The 500's/600's usually need the four large power supply caps replaced due to leaking. You can check this by just flipping the unit over and inspecting them from the bottom. If they are maybe you can get the price down. They are very expensive to replace generally .

A nice 600 sold for $650 on ebay recently.

I'm sure of their cost or availability. I had a tech replace them when I first bought my 600.
