Im not sure if I can show u guys how i use my pioneer stuff without beeing banned for life from this place I have a sx-650 connected to my PC, and alsow using it to store some crap on.. And then the sx is directly connected to my cerwin-vega! e712

any how.. it works for me, for now.. But when I get my own place to live in a couple of years I think I´ll try to find a sx-1XXX somethink, some decent CD-player, a EQthingy and use it as its suposed to be used. Right now Im using my hundred bucks a month as I beleave that u guys alsow used it when you were a 17 year old student; beer, vodka and other not that healty stuff as vintage pioneer stuff.

This is some stuff I listen to in the man cave, mostly Pioneer. Crappy pic, didn't get a new camera from Santa, but, I did get an Ariston TT, SAE parametric EQ, & CT-F 700 .

Thanks! I noticed that you have a RS level meter. I have one also but am amiss as to how to integrate it into my system. How have you done yours?

I have it hooked up to my "B" speaker out on my SA-8100 and the speakers on "A".Then just use my amp in A+B mode.

I assume the meter presents no ohmage load?

I don't believe so.It is a measure type device.I just dug out the manual and it shows to hook it in the same terminals as the speaker.But running it off a "B" set of speaker terminals should be the same I would think.

God I love Pioneer stuff!! Its the best. Best sound! Best looking! and I want it all!!!!! Eric I use my SX 6000 receiver with lots of toys. The livingroom get run every day

Love my bedroom QX 8000 receiver. Wake up every morning!

And have a QX 4000 in the guestroom. Fun fun fun!!!

Thanks...I'll give it a try. I had tried the speaker connection way and it was too damn tight for those tiny connectors!

Oh by the way, I really like the cork and rubber feet you see under my table in preceding post. Look good and work, no vibrations felt in them during play. They were made by mg196 a member here !

Not your average desktop boombox! Heres what I use to entertain myself while getting greasy working on vehicle maintainence. Gotta be one of the best if not THE BEST garage systems in my subdivision area!
Can still rock while turnin wrenches woohoo!

my pioneer equipment is very inadequate compared to your guys' stuff, but here it is anyway:

surround receiver, DVD player, the silver L&R, center there and the surrounds not pictured (look exactly like the center, except upright) and the large black L&R that are hooked up to my luxman.

there's one of the CS-T5100s with the grille off and the sub for the HT system.

I wish I had some vintage pioneer, I bet it sounds way better and it looks cooler. :|
