The vintage CD are priced reasonably. Depending on artist worth more.

And take the 700+ 8 tracks I've acquired over the years. Just gathering dust, but have never got around to finding... new owners for them.
Some cartridges are obscure in make-up, with a great variety in genres, but have a feeling that recycling is gonna be the eventual fate for these protypes of music.

@kwayde, That asking price for the 9900Z is embarrassing (even with the four speakers). That's into MIB SX-1280 territory, and I'll never accept that the Pioneer is worth that sort of money, either. The difference being that some fool and his money will probably be parted (hat tip P.T. Barnum) for the SX-1280 at that price.
The 9900Z, nice as it may be, is simply not in that price category irrespective of it's condition. And four Kenwood Kabuki's aren't that much of a value add that they can justify even the minimum ask, either. I say that as a life long, hard core Sansui fanatic who owns a 9900Z and really enjoys listening to it.
I also think it won't be long before the current state of the vintage market (as goes lack of demand and downward pricing pressure) becomes painfully obvious to even the eternal optimists. Nice gear is barely moving now at reasonable prices, so stuff like this has no prayer of selling.

I was getting pretty excited and grabbing my wallet, until I saw the price. $700!

This is the problem with the market for vintage audio, people with no real skills to diagnose and repair buying “recap” kits and selling units as somehow being better than they were, where they don’t even understand what the components do and what is important for them to meet original specs.
