Looking for a nice CDP - Marantz CD5001 or Sony 508esd?

I need a CD-player for my house. I see these two on my classifieds right now. I'm leaning towards the Sony. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Of those two I'd probably opt for the Sony CDP-508ESD.
That Sony has the 2x Burr Brown PCM58P-1 DAC(s) in it,which are pretty dang good DAC's.

The main difference is the Marantz DAC can do 24bit/192kHz & the Sony does 18bit/96kHz IIRC.

So for guys like me that only listen to standard res CDs the Sony is the unit to have.
