Marantz 1200 on CL

I found this Marantz 1200 integrated on a local CL. The $350 asking price seems high to me especially with the less than stellar pictures and description. What do you guys think?

$300.00-350.00 is the "going rate" for working, clean examples in an open market (eBay).
