This is a more appropriate thread to say that I have been updating my guide for building a config for CamillaDSP, especially the REW measurement and EQ to generate filters and also using rePhase to generate FIR filters for crossover and phase flattening.

Section 4 includes rePhase settings files that will show you how to manipulate the phase and generate FIR files. Your miniDSP gear has a lot less taps available, so some parameters will need to be changed as well as the file format output.
