It was hardly worth the drive in the first place. With 3 inches on the ground and freezing rain on the way, I doubt I'd go anyway. Maybe I'll get lucky and get some pics. That would at least make the thread more colorful.

Finally got a call. No mouse poop. Just a nest. He said it's actually pretty clean. Judging by the sound of things, I'm going to check it out on Saturday morning. Why not. If anything, it can be flipped.

That's good news:yes: though, even a "nest" is still an issue, its much less of one. I'd still be carefull with it. Lot less cleaning, and a good table out of it...good luck:thmbsp:.
