Gotta admit, had you shown me a pic of it, without identifying it, I'd have guessed it was a Spad

It looks like they may have borrowed some but it was rejected by the French for the Spad. The countries that flew it liked it and did well with it.

Ok ,since the Revell kit I am using as a parts donor has a multi piece canopy I decided to tape off the sections separately for painting

I decided to install the canopy sections from front to back for alignment purposes.

I had built the injection molded Revell version some years ago and the Revell 410 is about a quarter inch longer than the Combat Models version

Ok just for fun,I made a ladder for my Fast Lane Crane that I have on the train layout.The operators cab was empty so I put one of the Lego people that we keep for the kids in the cab.Looks the part except the Stetson probably is not OSHA approved!
