With great regret, we are looking for a new moderator for the McIntosh forum. After many long years of fine service, CarlV has requested to move on. He has been superb asset to this forum, and we very much hope to see him here having fun as a member.

That leaves us searching for someone to take on the huge amount of work that Carl did. This is one of the most active forums on AK, and its moderator has tasks awaiting every logon. While the admins and supermods can (and do) help, the heaving lifting is done by the forum mod. Carl was one of the longest-running and best, so his shoes will be hard to fill.

So... any volunteers?


PS: I'll be filling in until a new Chief Mcfanatic shows up... :sigh:

Oh man, Carl is leaving his post as a moderator? :tears: I do hope to see him more often on this forum having fun with the rest of us! :yes:
 
Carl is the best, I'll miss him. He always did a great job here. :thmbsp:

Hopefully he will still stop by AK often. :yes:

Thanks Cnote. I would rather see the Master take over the position. He needs extra things to do now that he is stuck up in Cape Cod and has a bit of a cabin fever. :D

Sorry to see you go Carl, but understandable; man there is so much here just on this forum I can't keep track; one would need about 2 hours a day I gather... :scratch2:
