Sherwood S5500 IV 4wpc, Sherwood ST-903 LT turntable, 4x JBL J2050 speakers.

Love the old Sherwoods. I have the same amp. Would love to have it gone over but can't seem to find a source for that. Simple is best sometimes.

I have the PDF for the amp. I just replaced the output and coupling caps. Going to do the AC caps next..

Does yours work ok?

Mine was my father's. I have the amp and the matching tuner, S 3000 I think. I haven't done much with it but they are original circa 1962 I think. I'd like to have them professionally re-done. Thoughts?

Very nice site.. Been to it a few times.

Do you by chance have the service manual or any other manual for a Sherwood ST-903 LT turntable?

I have to try to track down the speed adjustment. My adjuster is maxed out. So I need to try to center it so I can speed up or slow down.

I think it's worth redoing them. If it works now it's probably good to go and use. I am recapping mine just to do it. Piece of mind.
