My Toolbar is grayed out! No functions are available! Help please?

As I mentioned in the title, I can't access my toolbar at all- all greyed out... is this a site issue?

In your greyed-out toolbar, on the right, is a pair of square brackets. If you click on them, it toggles the
BB code in and out.
Click on it once, and your toolbar should return. Click again, and it should be grey again. (you might have accidentally clicked on it, previously.

I should have mentioned that I use Firefox on my pc. If you are on a phone, you might have to use it in Landscape.
Different browsers might have the BB code brackets in a different place.
